VPP startup SODEN has appointed Takashi Kuwauchi as an Outside Director to strengthen its management framework and corporate governance.

Driven by our mission to build an open world with absolute control over electricity, SODEN delivers comprehensive EV charging infrastructure—from software engineering to construction—while expanding grid-scale battery storage and VPP (Virtual Power Plant) systems.

Mr. Kuwauchi brings over two decades of expert financial consulting and corporate leadership experience. During his extensive career in investment banking, he specialized in IPO operations, leading lead-manager underwriting for approximately 60 stock market listings. He subsequently served as CEO of jinjer Co., Ltd., a prominent HR SaaS provider. By integrating his deep capital market expertise and operational leadership, SODEN will reinforce its financial foundation to maximize mid-to-long-term corporate value.
