Rui Iino
Representative Director
In 2011, while still a university student, Rui Iino founded Belling Inc. He expanded the company from fire truck components into whole-vehicle manufacturing, and in 2019 Belling joined the DMM.com Group through an M&A transaction. He led the development of the next-generation ambulance C-CABIN, entered the ambulance market, and reached mass production in 2022, making Belling the third mass-production ambulance manufacturer in Japan. In June 2022, he founded Soden Inc., where he brought together manufacturers and installation contractors in Japan and abroad to build an end-to-end operation spanning equipment sourcing, software development, and installation, launching the EV charging business in a matter of months. He is now expanding into distributed power generation using grid-scale battery storage, driving the real-world deployment of decentralized energy infrastructure.
Yoshihisa Okamoto
Director
Yoshihisa Okamoto joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2009, where he managed the development of multiple web services as a project manager. He then joined a video technology startup as an executive officer, overseeing its business development. At Belling Inc., he served as Executive Vice President, driving organizational reform and strengthening the company's management foundation, and led the growth of its ambulance business into the company's core business. In June 2023, he joined Soden Inc., where he built the EV charging installation function from the ground up—sourcing installation partners, establishing standard installation procedures, and developing operational workflows—and established a nationwide installation network. Today he oversees the EV charging business as well as all corporate functions, leading business execution across the company.
Katsunori Naito
Director
In 2007, Katsunori Naito joined a major systems integration company, where he worked on the development and operation of mission-critical systems. In 2013, he co-founded a video technology startup, where he drove the business across a wide range of areas, including product development, marketing, and business planning. In June 2022, he co-founded Soden Inc. There he designed and built an OCPP-compliant EV charging platform from the ground up, spanning charger control, the consumer-facing app, and the management system for billing, maintenance, and operations. He now leads product development in the energy sector end to end, from business concept through operational design, centered on VPP systems that leverage battery energy storage.
Takashi Kuwauchi
Outside Director
Takashi Kuwauchi began his career at Hokkaido Takushoku Bank in 1990 and spent approximately 24 and a half years in IPO underwriting at Yamaichi Securities, Daiwa Securities, Monex, and SMBC Nikko Securities. Drawing on this extensive experience in financial institutions, he became Director and CFO of Neo Career Co., Ltd. in 2019. In 2021, he founded jinjer Inc. through the spin-off of Neo Career's HR SaaS business and served as its Representative Director and CFO, becoming Representative Director and President in 2023. He is currently with BAMC associates, a management consulting firm, where he supports corporate growth by applying expertise spanning both finance and management.
